Competition Conditions

We hold competitions on Spring Copenhagen's websites and digital channels. They are at all times created and operated by Spring Copenhagen ApS. The purpose of the competitions is to create awareness about the channels and our brand. By entering our competitions, you accept our general terms and conditions .

The competitions are not created or operated by Facebook Inc., Instagram, Youtube or Pinterest. This means that the competitions are neither sponsored/ administered by nor associated with Facebook or Instagram or other social media. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless you win and we need to use your data for our shipping and warehousing partners.

Spring Copenhagen reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of our competitions at any time and to cancel, move or stop the competition as well as exclude participants who cheat or do not comply with the competition's terms and conditions. Spring Copenhagen reserves the right to adapt conditions and game mechanics for any competition. Spring Copenhagen ApS is not responsible for any printing errors in the competitions.

How to enter

Spring Copenhagen runs competitions on both our website and on our digital channels. We will clearly explain how to enter each competition. The terms and conditions of the individual competition will state how and when the winner or winners will be drawn. You can see all the winners at the bottom of this page. With regard to GDPR, winners will only be published with their first name and postcode, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms of the competition.

You may enter each competition once unless otherwise stated in the terms of the competition.

To enter our competitions, you must be over 18 years old. If the competition takes place on Facebook, you must have a Facebook profile. Equally, if you enter on Instagram, you must have an Instagram profile, and so on. Spring Copenhagen's employees do not enter the competitions.

Prizes

The competitions are for all readers, followers and fans of Spring Copenhagen. The prizes are always sponsored by Spring Copenhagen, and none of our competitions are purchase-related.

If you win a gift voucher, you can be paid the value of the voucher for a fee of 25 kroner. If a prize cannot be awarded, for reasons beyond Spring Copenhagen's control, the winner will receive a different prize.

Use of personal data

If you submit your e-mail address in connection with a competition, Spring Copenhagen collects and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law. When you submit your e-mail address, you also agree that we may contact you with news, product information and competitions on the e-mail provided.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, either at the bottom of the newsletter or by writing to info@springcopenhagen.com.

Winner draw and personal data

When you enter one of Spring Copenhagen's competitions, you consent to your name being published in either e-mail communication or by posting on our social media.

If the competition takes place as part of a campaign where we collect e-mails for our newsletter, we make personal contact by e-mail. In the case of a particularly targeted campaign, we also send out a newsletter to the participants, where we reveal who won the competition. If the competition takes place on Facebook or Instagram, we end the competition and mention the winner in the comment track, send the winner a direct message and create a separate post mentioning the winner.

It is the responsibility of the winner to collect his/her prize at all times.

Partners

Some of our competitions are held together with partners and/or third party suppliers. If you are the lucky winner and you want to receive the prize, you further accept that Spring Copenhagen passes on your personal data (name, e-mail, telephone number and address) to partners who are responsible for handling and shipping your prize.

Spring Copenhagen only uses the data for shipping, and we delete the information subsequently, unless you have given us consent to use your e-mail address to send newsletters and other marketing.

Rectification or deletion of personal data

You have the right to see the data that has been collected and the right to object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to have incorrect information deleted or rectified.
